Rainbow Raccoon Ranch is a small family farm in west-central Iowa dedicated to raising quality Scottish Highland cattle with a focus on sound structure, excellent temperament, and conservation of this historic breed.

We regularly offer Highland beef, including individual USDA-inspected cuts and whole, half, or quarter locker beef, as well as live cattle. Depending on the season, available animals may include weaned calves, steers, breeding heifers, and proven cows. Our current offerings are listed on our website, but if you’re searching for a particular age, color, pedigree, or type of animal, we’d love to hear from you. We often have additional cattle available or can help match you with the right fit.
