During the free webinar, Jeannette Beranger, senior program manager with The Livestock Conservancy and co-author of “An Introduction to Heritage Breeds,” will lead discussions on which heritage breeds may best fit your farm’s needs, matching breed traits to your land, climate, management style, and market goals.

The webinar is set for  2 p.m. EDT (1 p.m. CDT / Noon MDT / 11 a.m. PDT) , Tuesday,  Aug. 25, 2026. 

There is no cost for the webinar, but pre-registration is required. All who register will receive a link to the recording of the webinar within two weeks of the event’s conclusion.
