SHARE YOUR HERITAGE BREED PHOTOGRAPHS
The Livestock Conservancy maintains one of the world’s largest collections of rare reed livestock and poultry photographs, but we are always looking to expand our library of heritage breed images. You can help!
Photo opportunities:
We are looking for images featuring:
- Livestock and poultry included on The Livestock Conservancy’s Conservation Priority List
- Farmers, ranchers, shepherds and homesteaders working with heritage breed animals, herds and flocks
- Children and youth with heritage breed animals
- Heritage breed products
- Fiber artists and/or their projects (both in process and completed)
- General agriculture, homesteading, farming and ranching photographs
General guidelines:
- High resolution images (300 dpi or greater)
- JPG or PNG formats
- If professional photography, you must have permission to share the images
- Please, no filter-manipulated or artificial intelligence-enhanced or produced or altered photographs
- No posed show ring or award photos.
Please note: by submitting photographs, you grant The Livestock Conservancy royalty-free, perpetual and non-exclusive rights to use, display, edit, publish or archive the image in whole or in part online or in print.
