As stewards of the land, we chose Tamworth pigs for their exceptional qualities and historical significance. This heritage breed also reflects our own Irish heritage. In addition, Tamworth pigs are known for their hardiness and ability to thrive in regenerative farming systems. Their rich flavor and premium quality meat resonate with our commitment to raising livestock in a way that respects animal welfare and enhances the environment.
