I have completed the Spring 2025 University of California Cooperative Extension National Shearing School Program with a Beginning Level 1 certificate. I am looking to gain experience in sheep shearing now that the school has concluded. I have Dragro electric shears with limited combs and cutters and am working on getting more combs and cutters for my set up as well as building a fuller shearing kit. I am comfortable with 13 tooth combs, and have experience from the school with full motor and drop shears as well. I can provide my own transportation to on-site shearing but do not have room to haul much large gear.
